Blind Babies

Dear Christ,

Did you know that some of our babies are born blind?
They are autistic, they can't hold a thing together, they have broken minds.
If that is not enough, the breasts that nurse them have cancer inside!
And men are called to bear this and plod through life...
Its not like life comes with a soundtrack - theres no pianist playing some slow soothing tune on the side,
Neither are we on camera, for the world to sympathize.
Just sayin... you know, it feels like something is not right.

Dear Gagan,

You write bad rhymes.
I agree, something's not quite right,
And I think it's because you turned your back; cuz decided to draw your own lines.
Don't forget, I chose to be like you, forever, so that I could empathyze
I went through hell, to open gates of paradise.
And those babies you think you care about, they are mine.
Take my advice - trust my word and give it the fullness of time
I promise, no pain, no tears and no missing eyes
allright?
sleep well. yours truly, Jesus Christ.

Oh my God

Sometimes I can not forgive and these days mercy cuts so deep,
If the world was how it should be, maybe I could get some sleep.
While I lay, I'd dream we're better, scales were gone and faces lighter,
When we wake we hate our brother, we still move to hurt each other,
Sometimes I can close my eyes and all the fear the keeps me silent,
Falls below my heavy breathing, what makes me so badly bent?
We all have a chance to murder, we all have the need for wonder.
We still want to be reminded that the pain is worth the plunder.

Sometimes when I lose my grip, I wonder what to make of heaven,
All the times I thought to reach up, all the times I had to give up.
Babies underneath their beds, in hospitals that cannot treat them.
All the wounds that money causes, all the comforts of cathedrals,
All the cries of thirsty children, this is our inheritance,
All the rage of watching mothers, this is our greatest offense

Oh my God,
Oh my God,
Oh my God.

Random Thought

God was more kind to man in His Curse than man is kind to himself in Sin

One Way Relationship

The fall has marred us so that we believe in a give and take relationshp so bad, that we, without help cannot accept a one way, get get relationship. We, by ourselves, are both unable and unwilling to let truth and perpetual gain coincide in one relationship

When you meet God you will enter a relationship in with you get, and you get - it is one way. I do not have such a relationship with any other being.

"The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us, for

   "'In him we live and move and have our being';

as even some of your own poets have said,

"'For we are indeed his offspring.'

God once dwelt here

"Sometimes you see an old ruin in the country, an old castle, or a hull  and there is a notice saying that so and so once lived here. That kind of notice can be put up on Human Beings - 'God once dwelt here' "
